Track rental 11/22

Depending on what the weather is gonna look like, I spoke with Chris and he said there calling for no rain for the next week. (but we all know how things can change)

He said he's up for opening the track again for us. Yesterday (the 15th) he gave us the whole run of the place and was happy with the amount of people that show'd up.

He said he will disk it down 6" and groom it for us.

SO! $30 a head if interested.. If enough people are in for a ride I will call him mid week and tell him its a go. As of right now I have probably 8 or so riders that are in just from who I talked to yesterday during the ride. There calling for 52 and partly cloudy 20% chance of rain.

The tracks were absolutely perfect. The intermediate track was by far the best i have seen it other then a Tuesday night when its groomed and watered. The big track looked a little dry but most everyone was on the intermediate track.

I will be in for next weekend depending on weather.

I have been unable to hit one of these all year.  I think I am in for this one  My bike still works, and I have some gas to burn.

I'll say I'm tentative for this one.  Need to check the calendar and see what is going on, but I'm probably in.  Maybe I will bust out my thumper and give it some love since it has been sitting a lot lately.

If I could afford new tires, I would say I would be in. Mine are so damn wasted that I don't think it would be worth the money to go. I may however come out and snap some pictures. Maybe I will ride out there with you Z?

Mine are wasted too, but the 250F has a brand new rear with maybe an hour of riding on it.  I guess I'll test out that MX51 to see how it wears.

When you, Z and I were riding the other day, I was sliding all over hell. It was getting a bit annoying. I think I am missing 50% of the nobs on the rear.haha. It kinda reminds me of the days when I used to ride the railroad tracks all the time.

For sure, I still got that maxxis tire you gave me to..... 20 minutes and you can have that mounted and ready to rip. You will kick yourself for not riding if you don't.

I have some used but decent 19" tires kicking around.  a Maxxis IT and a Michelin MH2  I have a some decent fronts if your front is hosed also.  Yours or anyones for the taking!

Thanks Brenden and Z. I may hit you guys up. I hate to do all that for one more ride though, really. I plan on getting new ones anyways this winter. Along with lots of other goodies. I kinda thought that my riding season would be over. Lets just see how this week pans out.

I thought that too but with the nice weather we'd be nuts not to go out.  Also A51 is probably the only place to ride this weekend too - everywhere else will be loaded up with shotgun boys trying to kill Bambi.

Well, I suppose if the weather is nice.... Good point, it will probably be the last weekend for a while. Thanks Chris, I might be able to get by for one more day. Or do a quick tire change out there.
