Alan your bike doesn't have one. You can take some window screen and put it over the end and hold it in place with a hose clamp if you need to.

Make sure you grab the good metal screen.  The very thin cheap stuff will melt ok on a cbr 600 it melts! Pennies difference between the thin and thicker option.

Do you need a spark arrestor for this?  My bike is quiet so I see no noise issue but I don't think the stock exhaust has a sparky.

I don't think that they will be checking for that ... no state or federal lands will be used.

Though, I thought XCWs had spark arrestors?

Just to follow up on an earlier post.  I learned this weekend that this event is indeed going through Hogback's trails, even with the motocross race that weekend.  That should make for some very confused motocross spectators. :)

I think it's just the trails. But, the trails go behind the pit area, and the track too.

Since there is a moto race that day, we will be keeping the dual sport away from the track.  Don't need anyone missing an arrow and ending up poping out on the track!

I'm pretty sure Jake and Co. are heading the arrowing @ Hogback. As many of you know, Jake and his crew are dedicated, tireless workers and phenomenal with their products on the Hill!

Myself long with the rest of the woods guys up at PRA will be arrowing it and laying it out.  I'm hoping to get around 5-6 miles out of our section since I have to stay away from the trickier stuff.

Nice.

I am available this Saturday AM, if you need any help.

Yeah, this event has to focus on fun, no need for the entrants to drop any points or their bikes.  However, optional tougher loops are fair game.
